Quick answers about booking, tickets and reminders.
How do I book a ticket?
Open the event, tap Book, choose your seat or ticket type, and confirm. The ticket appears at once under My tickets.
Where is my ticket?
In the My tickets tab. Each ticket has a QR code you show at the door, and it opens offline once you have opened it before.
How do reminders work?
Tap Remind me on the event. We remind you a day before and again 3 hours before, in the app and by email. Turn it off from the same button.
Can I get a refund?
Only if the event is cancelled, postponed, moved far, re-dated, or the headline act can't perform. See Terms and policies.
Can I give my ticket to a friend?
Yes: open the ticket and tap Transfer. Any sale or hand-over outside Yalla Event cancels the ticket.
Why don't I see events in my city?
Tap the city name beside the pin at the top of Home and pick your governorate, or tap its pin on the map of Iraq.
What does 'Demo' mean?
A placeholder event so you can see how Yalla Event works. You can book it and test the ticket; the act itself is made up.
How do I install the app?
Tap Install the app on Home, or Add to Home Screen from your browser menu. Google Play and App Store versions are coming.
How do I delete my account?
Account → Settings → Delete account. We ask you to confirm first; deletion is final.
